16-211. NO DRIVING UNDER FOREIGN LICENSE DURING
SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION IN THIS STATE.
AN INDIVIDUAL WHOSE LICENSE OR PRIVILEGE TO DRIVE
HAS BEEN REFUSED, SUSPENDED, OR REVOKED UNDER THIS TITLE
MAY NOT DRIVE A MOTOR VEHICLE IN THIS STATE DURING THE
SUSPENSION OR REFUSAL OR AFTER THE REVOCATION UNDER ANY
LICENSE, PERMIT, OR REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY
ANY OTHER JURISDICTION OR OTHERWISE, UNTIL A NEW LICENSE
OR PRIVILEGE IS OBTAINED UNDER THIS TITLE.

16-212. DRIVER'S REHABILITATION.
(A) ATTENDANCE AT ADMINISTRATION CLINIC.
IF A MINOR HAS BEEN CONVICTED IN THIS STATE OF A
MOVING VIOLATION UNDER THE MARYLAND VEHICLE LAW, THE
ADMINISTRATION MAY REQUIRE THE MINOR TO ATTEND THE
DRIVER'S REHABILITATION CLINIC THAT THE ADMINISTRATION
PROVIDES.
(B) ATTENDANCE AT LOCAL TRAFFIC SCHOOL.
IF A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THIS STATE PROVIDES
ITS OWN TRAFFIC SCHOOL, THE COURT MAY REQUIRE THE MINOR
TO ATTEND THE LOCAL TRAFFIC SCHOOL INSTEAD OF THE
ADMINISTRATION'S CLINIC.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 66 1/2, §6-205.3.
In this section, the term "minor", which is
defined in Art. 1, §24 of the Code, is
substituted for "person under 18 years of
age".
In subsection (a) of this section, the short
title "Maryland Vehicle Law" is substituted
for the present reference to "this article";
see §11—206 of this article. Also, the term
"moving violation" is substituted for "offense
... involving a motor vehicle actually in
motion" for brevity.
In subsection (b) of this section, the more
generic "Court" is substituted for "District
Court" to cover situations of appeal and the
like.
