may require the same driver to display the
vehicle registration card, as long as the
officer properly identifies himself.
Furthermore, the concept of "display" differs
in the two instances. 16-113. RESTRICTED LICENSES. (A) AUTHORITY TO ISSUE. IN ADDITION TO THE VISION AND OTHER RESTRICTIONS
PROVIDED FOR IN THIS SUBTITLE, WHEN IT ISSUES A DRIVER'S
LICENSE, THE ADMINISTRATION FOR GOOD CAUSE MAY IMPOSE ON
THE LICENSEE: (1)    ANY RESTRICTIONS SUITABLE TO THE
LICENSEE'S DRIVING ABILITY WITH RESPECT TO THE TYPE OF
SPECIAL MECHANICAL CONTROL DEVICES REQUIRED ON MOTOR
VEHICLES THAT THE LICENSEE MAY DRIVE; AND (2)    ANY OTHER RESTRICTIONS APPLICABLE TO THE
LICENSEE THAT THE ADMINISTRATION DETERMINES
APPROPRIATE TO ASSURE THE SAFE DRIVING OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
BY THE LICENSEE. (B)   FORM. THE ADMINISTRATION MAY: (1)   ISSUE A SPECIAL RESTRICTED LICENSE; OR (2)    SET FORTH THE RESTRICTIONS ON THE USUAL
LICENSE FORM. (C)    SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION FOR VIOLATION OF
RESTRICTION. AFTER RECEIVING SATISFACTORY EVIDENCE OF ANY
VIOLATION OF A RESTRICTION ON A DRIVER'S LICENSE, THE
ADMINISTRATION MAY SUSPEND OR REVOKE THE LICENSE.
HOWEVER, THE LICENSEE MAY REQUEST A HEARING AS PROVIDED
FOR A SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION UNDER SUBTITLE 2 OF THIS
TITLE. (D)   VIOLATION OF RESTRICTION. AN INDIVIDUAL MAY NOT DRIVE A VEHICLE IN ANY MANNER
THAT VIOLATES ANY RESTRICTION IMPOSED IN A RESTRICTED
LICENSE ISSUED TO HIM.. REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 66 1/2, §6-113. In subsection (a) of this section, a reference
to the "vision and other restrictions provided
for" is added for clarity, since the
