WITHOUT A WAITING PERIOD, TO ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS BEEN
LICENSED REGULARLY TO DRIVE IN THIS STATE, IN ANOTHER
STATS OR COUNTRY, OR BY THE ARMED FORCES OF THE UNITED
STATES, IF THE ADMINISTRATION IS SATISFIED THAT THE

Art. 66 1/2, §6-105. In this section and throughout this subtitle,
the term "learner's permit" is substituted for
the cumbersome "instruction and examination
license"; the former is the term used by the
public and, in most instances, the Administration.
