(A) RECORDS.
(1) EACH LICENSEE SHALL KEEP THE RECORDS THAT
THE ADMINISTRATION REQUIRES.
(2) DURING BUSINESS HOURS, THE RECORDS OF THE
LICENSEE SHALL BE OPEN TO INSPECTION BY THE
ADMINISTRATION.
(B) VEHICLES.
EACH LICENSEE SHALL MAINTAIN ALL VEHICLES USED FOR
INSTRUCTION IN THE CONDITION THAT THE ADMINISTRATION
REQUIRES.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from Art. 66 1/2,
§6-506.
The present authorization to the
Administration to "prescribe such reasonable
rules and regulations as {are} necessary to
carry out the provisions" of this subtitle is
deleted as unnecessary in light of §12—104 of
this article.
15-709. USE OF LICENSED INSTRUCTORS.
A DRIVERS' SCHOOL MAY NOT:
(1) PROVIDE OR OFFER TO PROVIDE ANY INSTRUCTION IN
DRIVING UNLESS THE INDIVIDUAL WHO GIVES THE INSTRUCTION
IS A DRIVING INSTRUCTOR EMPLOYED BY IT; OR
(2) EMPLOY ANY INDIVIDUAL AS A DRIVING INSTRUCTOR
UNLESS THAT INDIVIDUAL:
(I) IS LICENSED TO DRIVE UNDER TITLE 16 OF
THIS ARTICLE; AND
(II) IS LICENSED AS A DRIVING INSTRUCTOR
UNDER SUBTITLE 8 OF THIS TITLE.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
from the first sentence of Art. 66 1/2,
§6—507(a). It is revised to clarify, as per
item (1) of this section, that all instruction
must be given by a driving instructor employed
by the drivers' school. (See, also, revisor's
note to §15-801(b) of this title.)
The only other changes are in style.

Subtitle 8 of this title.
15-710. REFUSAL, SUSPENSION, OR REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
