as already covered by the standard provisions

Present §5-808(b) and (c), which provides for

suspension of license, is deleted as already
covered by the standard provisions of §15—110
of this title.
The only other changes are in style.

GENERAL REVISOR'S NOTE:
In revising this subtitle, the Commission to Revise
the Annotated Code deleted present Art. 66 1/2, §5-80 3,
which governs forms and procedures of application,
location requirements, duration of licenses, reports of
changed information, and adoption of rules and
regulations, as already covered by the standard
provisions in subtitle 1 of this title and §12-104 of
this article.
Similarly, as detailed in various of the revisor's
notes of this subtitle, the substance of several other
provisions of present Art. 66 1/2, Subtitle 5, Part VIII
("Title Service Agents") have been incorporated in the
standard, general provisions of Subtitle 1 of this title
and do not require repetition in this subtitle. See,
General Revisor's Note to Subtitle 1 of this title.

SUBTITLE 7. DRIVERS' SCHOOLS.
15-701. DEFINITIONS.
(A) IN GENERAL.
IN THIS SUBTITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE
MEANINGS INDICATED.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language used
as the standard introductory language to a
definition section.
(B) DRIVERS' SCHOOL.
(1) "DRIVERS" SCHOOL" MEANS, EXCEPT AS
PROVIDED IN PARAGRAPH (2) OF THIS SUBSECTION, ANY PERSON
IN THE BUSINESS OF GIVING INSTRUCTION IN THE DRIVING OF
MOTOR VEHICLES.
(2) "DRIVERS' SCHOOL" DOES NOT INCLUDE:
