not only to dealers and vehicle salesmen, but,
also, to "any ... person" who sells a
minibike.
In subsection (a) (2) of this section, the term
"farm tractor", which is defined in §11-121 of
this article, is substituted for "tractor" for
clarity.
The only other changes are in style.

GENERAL REVISOR'S NOTE:
In revising Title 15 of this article, the Commission
to Revise the Annotated Code created this subtitle to
include the substance of the several provisions that,
either by express statute or by rule or regulation, are
common to all of the businesses and occupations licensed
by the Administration. This avoids the present
repetition of these provisions in the source law and
achieves uniformity and consistency in essentially
procedural and administrative matters.
Throughout this title, repeated references to
rulemaking powers of the Administration are deleted as
unnecessary in light of §12—104(b) of this article to the
same effect.
Present Art. 66 1/2, §5-901, which relates to
certificates of compliance with the Workmen's
Compensation Law, is omitted from this title and its
substance incorporated in §1—102 of this article.
