REGISTRATION FEE IS $20. REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 66 1/2, §3-810. Subsection (a) of this section is new language
added to reflect the "Class H" classification
assigned to these vehicles by the Administration. The only other changes are in style. See, also, §13-420 of this title. 13-931 13-933. PASSENGER BUSES, CHARTER OR FOR HIRE:
CLASS I (CHARTER BUS) VEHICLE VEHICLES. (A)       CLASSIFICATION. WHEN REGISTERED WITH THE ADMINISTRATION, EVERY BUS
OPERATED UNDER CHARTER OR FOR HIRE, EXCEPT A BUS
OPERATING ON REGULAR SCHEDULE AND BETWEEN FIXED TERMINI,
IS A CLASS I (CHARTER BUS) VEHICLE. (B)   ANNUAL FEE. (1)    EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS
SUBSECTION, FOR EACH CLASS I (CHARTER BUS) VEHICLE, THE
ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE IS BASED ON THE SEATING CAPACITY
OF THE BUS, A3 FOLLOWS: SEATING CAPACITY                                                FEE 29 OR LESS FEWER                                   $150 30 TO 37                                                               190
38   TO 45                                                               235
46   OR MORE                                                       280 (2)    IF THE VEHICLE IS ONE FOR WHICH THE
ANNUAL FEE REQUIRED BY ARTICLE 56, § 184 (A) OR ARTICLE
81, §273(A) OF THE CODE HAS BEEN PAID OR IF THE VEHICLE
IS A CLASS J (VAN POOL) VEHICLE, IT IS EXEMPT FROM THE
REGISTRATION FEE SPECIFIED IN THIS SUBSECTION. REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 66 1/2, §3-811. Subsection (a) of this section is new language
added to reflect the "Class I" classification
assigned to these vehicles by the
Administration. The defined phrase "on
regular schedule" is substituted for the
present "on a regularly fixed schedule"; see
§11-148 of this article. In subsection (b) of this section, the present
reference to "Class P vehicles" is changed
without substantive effect to "Class J"; see
