The term "farm tractor" is defined in §11-121
of this article.
Subsection (a) of this section is new language
patterned after §13-922(b) and added to
reflect the actual practice and requirements
of the Administration.
The only other changes are in style.
Note that this section has no counterpart to
the provisions of §13-922(e); see revisor's
note to that section.

13-926 13-927. TRAILERS AND SEMITRAILERS: CLASS G
(TRAILER) VEHICLES - IN GENERAL.
(A) CLASSIFICATION.
WHEN REGISTERED WITH THE ADMINISTRATION, EVERY
TRAILER AND SEMITRAILER IS A CLASS G (TRAILER) VEHICLE.
(B) ANNUAL FEE.
EXCEPT A3 OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS PART, FOR EACH
CLASS G (TRAILER) VEHICLE, THE ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE
IS BASED ON THE SHIPPING WEIGHT OF ITS CHASSIS, AS
CERTIFIED BY THE MANUFACTURER, WITH MAXIMUM GROSS WEIGHT
LIMITATIONS FOR THE VEHICLE, AS FOLLOWS:
