accurately the distinction intended. The only other changes are in style. 13-421. BICYCLE REGISTRATION. (A) APPLICATION - IN GENERAL. (1)    THE OWNER OF A BICYCLE MAY REGISTER IT
BY APPLYING TO THE ADMINISTRATION ON THE FORM THAT THE
ADMINISTRATION REQUIRES. (2)   THE APPLICATION SHALL: (I) CONTAIN THE INFORMATION THAT THE
ADMINISTRATION REASONABLY REQUIRES TO PROPERLY IDENTIFY
THE BICYCLE AND ITS OWNER;
(II)    BE SIGNED BY THE OWNER OF THE BICYCLE;
AND
(III)   BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE REQUIRED FEE. (B)   SAME - BY OWNER WHO IS A MINOR. FOR PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, IF THE OWNER OF THE
BICYCLE IS A MINOS, HIS PARENT OR GUARDIAN OR ANOTHER
RESPONSIBLE ADULT SHALL APPLY ON BEHALF OF THE MINOR. (C)   RECORD OF REGISTRATION.
THE ADMINISTRATION SHALL: (1)    FILE EACH APPLICATION FOR BICYCLE
REGISTRATION THAT IT RECEIVES; (2)    REGISTER THE DESCRIBED BICYCLE IF IT
FINDS THAT THE APPLICANT IS ENTITLED TO THE REGISTRATION;
AND (3)   KEEP A RECORD OF THE REGISTRATION IN A
MANNER THAT PERMITS IDENTIFICATION OF THE BICYCLE AND ITS
OWNER. (D)   REGISTRATION CARD. WHEN IT REGISTERS A BICYCLE, THE ADMINISTRATION
SHALL ISSUE AND DELIVER TO THE OWNER A REGISTRATION CARD
THAT CONTAINS:
(1) THE DATE ISSUED;
