89B and 62B "of the Code" have been revised to
indicate that the former provisions of the
Code "of 1957" are intended, rather than the
new, revised Code. These provisions have been
decodified and now appear in Sections 2 and 5
of Ch. 608, Acts of 1976; in this regard, see
General Revisor's Note to this title.
The second sentence of present Art. 94A,
§1 (c), which defines "revenue bonds of prior
issues", is deleted as unnecessary for
purposes of this title. That definition now
appears in §4—101(g) of this article.

(D) COST.
"COST", AS APPLIED TO ANY TRANSPORTATION FACILITY,
INCLUDES THE COST OF AND ALL EXPENSES INCIDENT TO THE
CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION, ACQUISITION, IMPROVEMENT,
EXTENSION, ALTERATION, MODERNIZATION, PLANNING,
MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIR OF THE FACILITY, INCLUDING THE
COST AND EXPENSES OF:
(1) ALL INTERESTS IN PROPERTY ACQUIRED IN
CONNECTION WITH IT;
(2) FINANCIAL, ARCHITECTURAL, CONSULTING,
ENGINEERING, AND LEGAL SERVICES;
(J) PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, SURVEYS,
ESTIMATES, FEASIBILITY REPORTS, AND DIRECT AND INDIRECT
LABOR, MATERIALS MATERIAL, EQUIPMENT, AND ADMINISTRATIVE
EXPENSES; AND
(4) FINANCING THE FACILITY, INCLUDING
FINANCING CHARGES AND INTEREST BEFORE, DURING, AND FOR 1
YEAR AFTER COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION.
