11-201. APPLICABILITY OF DEFINITIONS.
IN CASE OF DISPUTE, THE ADMINISTRATION MAY DETERMINE
THE EXTENT OF APPLICABILITY OF ANY DEFINITION IN THE
MARYLAND VEHICLE LAW.
