11-103. ADMINISTRATOR.
"ADMINISTRATOR" MEANS THE MOTOR VEHICLE
ADMINISTRATOR.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 66 1/2, §1-113.
The title "Commissioner", which is defined in
present Art. 66 1/2, §1-113 as synonymous with
"Administrator", is deleted as unnecessary
since all references in the Maryland Vehicle
Law to the former Commissioner of Motor
Vehicles are replaced by "Administrator",
representing the correct title of that office,
as changed by Ch. 526.
Also deleted as unnecessary is the present
reference to the statute by which the office
of the Administrator is established (cf.,
§12—102 of this article).
The only other changes are in style.
11-104. BICYCLE.
"BICYCLE" MEANS A VEHICLE THAT:
(1) IS DESIGNED TO BE OPERATED BY:
(I) HUMAN POWER; OR
(II) BY HUMAN POWER WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF A
MOTOR THAI HAS A RATING OF ONE BRAKE HORSEPOWER OR LESS
AND, IF THE MOTOR IS AN INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE, A
CAPACITY OF 50 CUBIC CENTIMETERS PISTON DISPLACEMENT OR
LESS;
(2) HAS TWO OR THREE WHEELS, OF WHICH ONE IS MORE
THAN 14 INCHES IN DIAMETER;
(3) HAS A REAR DRIVE; AND
