(C) MAXIMUM SIZE - IN GENERAL.
AN OUTDOOR SIGN MAY NOT HAVE AN AREA GREATER THAN
1,000 SQUARE FEET, WITH A MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 25 FEET AND A
MAXIMUM LENGTH OF 50 FEET.
(D) SAME - MULTIPLE FACINGS.
(1) AN OUTDOOR SIGN STRUCTURE MAY CONTAIN ONE
OR TWO SIGNS PER FACING AND MAY BE DOUBLE-FACED,
BACK-TO-BACK, OR V-TYPE, BUT THE TOTAL AREA OF ANY FACING
MAY NOT EXCEED 800 SQUARE FEET.
(2) AN OUTDOOR SIGN THAT EXCEEDS 400 SQUARE
FEET MAY NOT BE DOUBLE-FACED.

8-732. SPACING OF SIGNS AT INTERSECTIONS.
(A) "CENTER LINE" DEFINED.
IN THIS SECTION, "CENTER LINE" MEANS:
(1) THE CENTER LINE OF THE MAIN TRAVELED WAY
OF A NONDIVIDED HIGHWAY; OR
(2) A LINE EQUIDISTANT FROM THE EDGES OF THE
MEDIAN SEPARATING THE MAIN TRAVELED WAYS OF A DIVIDED
HIGHWAY.
(B) GENERAL RULE.
THE LOCATION OF AN OUTDOOR SIGN STRUCTURE LOCATED
BETWEEN HIGHWAYS ENTERING INTO OR INTERSECTING THE MAIN
TRAVELED WAY OF ANY FEDERAL-AID PRIMARY HIGHWAY SHALL
CONFORM TO THE MINIMUM SPACING CRITERIA SPECIFIED IN
THIS SECTION, TO BE APPLIED SEPARATELY TO EACH SIDE OF
THE FEDERAL-AID PRIMARY HIGHWAY.
(C) HIGHWAY LESS THAN 1,000 FEET APART.
IF THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE CENTER LINES OF
INTERSECTING HIGHWAYS. IS LESS THAN 1,000 FEET, A MAXIMUM
OF THREE SIGN STRUCTURES, WHETHER DOUBLE-FACED,
BACK-TO-BACK, OR V-TYPE , MAY BE PERMUTED BETWEEN THE
INTERSECTING HIGHWAYS, AND THE MINIMUM SPACING BETWEEN
THE STRUCTURES SHALL BE 100 FEET.
(D) HIGHWAYS 1,000 FEET OR MORE APART.
