AN ORDINANCE to repeal Section 1-216 of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 1,
"Administration", Subtitle 2, "Personnel", Article
II; "Classified Service", and to enact new Section
1—216 in lieu thereof, to stand in the place of the
Section repealed, to establish salary schedules for
all union and non-union Classified County Employees.

place of the section repealed, increasing the
compensation of certain County employees within the
Public Safety Pay Schedule.

Subtitle 3, "Alternate Zoning Regulations", Article
I, "General Provisions and Definitions"; to repeal
Section 13—300.11 of said Code, Title, Subtitle and
Article and enact new Section 13—300.11 in lieu
thereof to stand in the place of the Section
repealed; to repeal and re—enact, with amendments,
Sections 13-311.4, 13-313.4 and 13-314.4 of said
Code, Title, Subtitle, Article IV, "Commercial
Districts"; to repeal and re—enact, with amendments,
Section 13-327(f) of said Code, Title, Subtitle,
Article VIII, "Off-Street Parking"; and to add new
Section 13-327.1(d) to said Code, Title, Subtitle
and Article, to follow immediately after Section
13—327.1(c) thereof; to provide the requirements for
buffer and screening areas within certain
residential and commercial districts; and matters
generally related thereto.
