TEMPLEVILLE
amended), deem it in the public interest to enlarge the
corporate boundaries of the Town of Templeville, and WHEREAS, the areas to be annexed are contiguous and
adjacent to the existing corporate areas, and WHEREAS, the Town of Templeville has received
consents to the said annexation signed by at least 25% of
the persons who reside in the areas to be annexed and who
are registered voters and by the owners of at least 25%
of the assessed valuation of the real property located in
the areas to be annexed. [Section 481 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Caroline County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

(Carroll County) CHARTER RESOLUTION NO. 6-75 WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners of Carroll
County is planning to publish a new Code of Public Local
Laws of Carroll County, which will include the Municipal
Corporation Charter of The Town of Union Bridge; and WHEREAS there are several provisions of the existing
Charter that require revision by reason of changes in the
municipal boundaries, the State law and changes of names
of several of the administrative departments of the State
