"1975 Annexation"
RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Councilmen of Rock Hall,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article
11—E of the Constitution of the State of Maryland, and
Section 19(c) of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, 1973 edition as amended, entitled "Municipal
Corporations," to amend the Charter of Rock Hall, this
amendment to be entitled "1975 Annexation," by adding a
new Section 513A "1975 Annexation," to the Code of Public
Local Laws of Kent County, 1968 edition as amended, the
same being new Section 2A "1975 Annexation" of the
Charter of Rock Hall, 1957, the amendment to extend the
boundaries of Rock Hall and to provide for certain
conditions within the area thus annexed.
[Section 513A of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Kent County, added.
Effective Date January 8, 1976]

MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF ROCK HALL
TO AMEND THE TOWN CHARTER
Resolution No. 1976-1
RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Rock Hall, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article
11—E of the Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of
Article 23—A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, title
"Corporations—Municipal", to amend Sections 47, 57A and
59 of the Town Charter, so as to provide that the town
may exercise the powers conferred by said Sections with
respect to borrowing money on notes, and so as to make
clear that the town may finance obligations, in whole or
in part, by issuance of notes.
[Sections 47, 57A, and 59 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Kent County, repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.
Effective Date December 24, 1976]
