RESOLUTION NO. M-76-4
RESOLUTION OF AUGUST 24, 1976
Resolution of the Mayor and Council of Hurlock,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article
XI—E of the Constitution of the State of Maryland and
Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
edition, as amended), titles "Corporations—Municipal," to
add new Sections 1301 through 1303 to the Charter of the
said Town of Hurlock, which recently became effective on
July 15, 1976.
[Sections 1301, 1302, and 1303 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Dorchester County, added.

RESOLUTION NO. FIRST 1975
A RESOLUTION of the City of Laurel Adopted Pursuant
to the provisions of Article 23A, Sections 11 through 18,
titled Corporations — Municipal, subtitled Charter
Amendments, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1973
Replacement Volume) to amend the Charter of the City of
Laurel, Section 23(c) entitled "Registration —
Comprehensive Provisions — Registration, Special", and
Section 23(d) entitled "Registration — Comprehensive
Provisions — Procedure", and Section 23(g) entitled
"Registration — Comprehensive Provisions — Notice To
Persons Disqualified", the purpose of which is to
eliminate the fixed registration dates presently provided
and in lieu thereof to delegate authority to the Board of
Registration to determine appropriate dates for voter
registration; to enable the Mayer and City Council to
establish new procedures for voter registration and to
clarify other sections so as to correspond with the
substantive changes to be provided.
[Sections 49 - 23(c), (d), and (g) of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Prince George's County, repealed and
reenacted, with amendments.
