i. Executive Order 01.01.1973.07, which was
issued on May 22, 1973 and created the
Task Force on Deferred Compensation.
j. Executive Order 01.01.1973.09, which was
issued on August 9, 1973 and created the
Task Force on State Employees' Salaries
and Fringe Benefits.
k. Executive Order 01.01.1973.17, which was
issued on December 11, 197 3 and extended
certain school holidays.
l. Executive Order 01.01.1974.01, which was
issued on January 4, 1974 and delayed
the effective date of rules and
regulations on dust collection devices.
m. Executive Order 01.01.1974.08, which was
issued on February 8, 1974 and suspended
certain laws on store hours.
n. Executive Order 01.01.1974.10, which was
issued on February 12, 1974 and proposed
Gasoline Allotment Plan III.
o. Executive Order 01.01.1974.13, which was
issued on March 21, 1974 and extended
the existence of the Commission on
Judicial Reform.
p. Executive Order 01.01.1974.15, which was
issued on June 11, 1974 and transferred
certain automatic data processing
operations of the Department of
Employment and Social Services to the
Department of Budget and Fiscal
Planning.
g. Executive Order 01.01.1974.18, which was
issued on July 19, 1974 and created the
Office on Aging.
4. Nothing in paragraph 3 of this Order
shall be deemed to reconstitute any of the
Commissions that were abolished by, or to affect the
transfer of any property and personnel made pursuant
to, the orders rescinded under that paragraph.
5. Executive Order 01.01.1971.02 is deemed
to be partially obsolete and is hereby amended as
follows:
