STATE ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD OF ELECTION LAWS
ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 23—11 of
Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, the State
Administrative Board of Election Laws does hereby certify
that at the General Election held in the State of
Maryland, on November 2, 1976, an Act known as Chapter
894 of the Acts of 1976 was submitted to the voters of
Charles County, Maryland under the provisions of Article
XVI of the Constitution of the State of Maryland, said
Act being as follows:
AN ACT concerning Charles County — School Budget.
For the purpose of specifying certain items to be
included and excluded from certain categories in the
Charles County school budget.
And it is hereby certified that at said election,
7,039 votes were cast for the adoption of said Chapter
894 and 5,638 votes were cast against the adoption of
said Chapter 894, the said Chapter 894 of the Acts of
1976 has therefore been ratified by the voters of Charles
County, Maryland.
