Dear Mr. President:
In accordance with Article II, Section 17, of the
Maryland Constitution, I have today vetoed Senate Bill
327.
This bill authorizes the State to sell bonds in the
amount of $850,000 in order to finance the construction
of shore erosion projects.
House Bill 1131, which was enacted by the General
Assembly and signed by Lieutenant Governor Blair Lee III
in his capacity as Acting Governor on May 26, 1977,
accomplishes the same purpose.
Therefore it is unnecessary for me to sign Senate
Bill 327.

of generic equivalency in prescriptions under
certain conditions; adding certain provisions
relating to the publication of certain generic
drugs; and repealing amending certain requirements
for publication of notification regarding certain
drugs.
