8-301. DEFINITIONS.
(A) IN GENERAL.
IN THIS SUBTITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE
MEANINGS INDICATED.

(B) COURT.
"COURT" MEANS THE SUPERIOR COURT OF BALTIMORE CITY

(C) LAND.
