Article 81 - Revenue and Taxes
9C.
(e) (1) In Baltimore County, real and tangible
personal property owned by the Gunpowder Youth Camps,
Inc., when used exclusively as a nonprofit youth camp and
real property owned by the Harford Park Improvement
Association of Baltimore County, Inc.
(2) FOR THE PURPOSE OF COUNTY TAXATION ONLY,
REAL AND TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE RELAY
IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION OF BALTIMORE COUNTY, INC., AND
DEVOTED TO AND USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR COMMUNITY, CIVIC,
EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL, OR LIBRARY PURPOSES, THE USE
OF THE PROPERTY MAY NOT BE CONTINGENT UPON PAYMENT OF A
RENTAL FEE OR OTHER COMPENSATION UNLESS THE FEE OR OTHER
COMPENSATION IS USED BY THE ASSOCIATION SOLELY FOR
IMPROVEMENT OR MAINTENANCE OF THE PROPERTY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

Anne Arundel County - Alcoholic Beverages
(Regulation)
FOR the purpose of permitting Anne Arundel County to
adopt certain ordinances for regulating the
possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages on
certain property; generally relating to ordinances
regulating disorderly intoxication of persons;
transferring certain provisions of the law from
Article 2C to Article 2B that concern being
intoxicated or consuming alcoholic beverages in
certain places with certain exceptions, and
including penalty provisions; adding certain
subtitles and subheadings; and clarifying language.
