AN ACT concerning
Election Contributions - Questions
FOR the purpose of changing a certain contribution limit;

certain questions, principles, and propositions; and
generally relating to campaign contributions.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 26-9(b) of Article 33 - Election
Code, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1976 Replacement
Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed
and reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
