ALL REPORTS AND REGISTRATIONS HEREIN, PROVIDED FOR SHALL BE ON FORMS PREPARED BY THE SECRETARY OF STATE AND SHALL CONTAIN ONLY SUCH INFORMATION AS HE MAY REASONABLY REQUIRE TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF THIS SUBTITLE. THE RECORDS SHALL BE OPEN TO PUBLIC INSPECTION IN THE OFFICE
OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. 12. THE GOVERNOR MAY REQUIRE ANY LEGISLATIVE AGENT AND HIS EMPLOYER TO FILE THE REPORT REQUIRED IN § 10 OF THIS
ARTICLE AT ANY TIME PRICE TO MAY 31. 13. ANY PERSON WHO VIOLATES ANY PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBTITLE IS GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR, AND UPON CONVICTION FOR EACH OFFENSE HE SHALL BE FINED NOT MORE THAN $1,000, OR IMPRISONED FOR NOT MORE THAN SIX MONTHS, OR BOTH. THE SECRETARY OF STATE, UPON INFORMATION, MAY REFER TO THE APPROPRIATE STATE'S ATTORNEY ANY APPARENT VIOLATION. SECTION 3 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
Sections 29-7 and 29-8 of Article 33 — Election Code, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1976 Replacement Volume
and 1976 Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed and
reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows: Article 33 - Election Code 29-7. (a) There is established the [Financial] MARYLAND
PUBLIC Disclosure Advisory Board, TO BE REFERRED TO IN
THE REMAINING PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBTITLE AS THE "BOARD".
It shall consist of five members, two ONE appointed by
the Governor, one TWO appointed by the President of the
Senate, one AND TWO appointed by the Speaker of the House
of Delegate, and one, who shall not be a judge,
appointed by the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals. One appointee of the Governor PRESIDENT AND ONE OF THE SPEAKER shall be from the principal majority party and one appointee OF THE PRESIDENT AND ONE OF THE SPEAKER shall be from the principal minority party. The Board shall elect one of its members as
chairman. The members shall each hold office for a term
of four years, co—extensive with the term of the
Governor, and shall continue in office until their
respective successors are appointed. Vacant positions on
the Board shall be filled promptly, for the unexpired
term [thereof] OF THE POSITION, by whichever appointing
authority appointed the member whose position is being
filled. Members of the Board [shall be] ARE eligible for
reappointment. No officer or employee of the State of
Maryland or any of its subdivisions or candidate for
public office [shall be] IS eligible to serve on the
