SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 5 through 13 to be under the
amended subtitle "Lobbying", these sections to be
automatically repealed as of July 1, 1980 of Article 40 -
General Assembly, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and they are
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
