DEVICES; OR
[(7)](8) Other acts or uses having any
relation to the preservation of water or land areas or
the improvement or appurtenance thereto.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

Children - Guardian Ad Litem
FOR the purpose of providing that a court may appoint an
attorney to be guardian ad litem for represent the
interest of a child under certain circumstances; and
providing for compensation; and providing for civil
immunity for the services of the attorney.
