AND INSTRUMENT RECORDING REQUIREMENTS AS OTHER EASEMENTS.
(B) CONTENTS. ANY INSTRUMENT CREATING A SOLAR EASEMENT SHALL INCLUDE, BUT THE CONTENTS MAY NOT BE LIMITED TO: (1) THE VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL ANGLES, EXPRESSED IN DEGREES, AT WHICH THE SOLAR EASEMENT EXTENDS OVER THE REAL PROPERTY SUBJECT TO THE SOLAR EASEMENT; (2) THE TERMS OR CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THE SOLAR EASEMENT IS GRANTED OR WILL BE TERMINATED; AND (3) ANY PROVISIONS FOR COMPENSATION OF THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY BENEFITING FROM THE SOLAR EASEMENT
IN THE EVENT OF INTERFERENCE WITH THE ENJOYMENT OF THE SOLAR EASEMENT OR COMPENSATION OF THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY SUBJECT TO THE SOLAR EASEMENT FOR MAINTAINING
THE SOLAR EASEMENT. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - Real Property Section 2-116 lb) Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume and 1976 Supplement)
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, That Section 2-118(b) of Article - Real Property, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows: Article - Real Property 2-118. (b) A restriction as provided in subsection (a)
may be for any of the following purposes: (1)    Construction, placement, preservation, maintenance in a particular condition, alteration, removal, or decoration of buildings, roads, signs, billboards or other advertising, utilities, or other
structures on or above the ground; (2)   Dumping or placing of soil or other substance or material as landfill, or dumping or placing of trash, waste, or other materials; (3)   Excavation, dredging, or removal of loam,
peat, gravel, soil, rock, or other material substance in
a manner as to affect the surface or otherwise alter the
topography of the area; (4)  Removal or destruction of trees, shrubs, or other vegetation;
