Art. 89b, §2(d).
The only changes are in style.
(L) PROJECT.
"PROJECT" MEANS THE CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION,
OR RELOCATION OF ONE OR MORE SECTIONS OR PARTS OF THE
STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language

subsection (q) of this section.

(II) ANY RELATED ENTRANCE PLAZAS,
INTERCHANGES, CONNECTING HIGHWAYS, AND OTHER STRUCTURES;
AND
(III) ANY OTHER PROPERTY ACQUIRED FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION, OR USE OF THE RAILROAD GRADE
SEPARATION.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language
derived without substantive change from Art.
89B, §29(e).

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language
derived without substantive change from Art.
