LAWS OF MARYLAND
Art. 89b, §2(d). The only changes are in style. (L) PROJECT. "PROJECT" MEANS THE CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION,
OR RELOCATION OF ONE OR MORE SECTIONS OR PARTS OF THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM. REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language
derived without substantive change from Art.
693, §29(f). Present references to various specific items

THE APPROACHES TO THEM; (II)      ANY RELATED ENTRANCE PLAZAS,
INTERCHANGES, CONNECTING HIGHWAYS, AND OTHER STRUCTURES;
AND (III)    ANY OTHER PROPERTY ACQUIRED FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION, OR USE OF THE RAILROAD GRADE SEPARATION. REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language
derived without substantive change from Art.
89B, §29(e). (N) ROAD. "ROAD" MEANS A HIGHWAY. REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language
derived without substantive change from Art.
