service company's gross operating revenues derived from
intrastate utility operations in the last preceding
calendar year, or other twelve-month period as determined

OTHER THAN THAT OF THE OFFICE OF PEOPLE'S COUNSEL PLUS A
MAXIMUM OF 0.04 0.03 PERCENT OF THESE REVENUES FOR THE
OPERATIONS OF THE OFFICE OF THE PEOPLE'S COUNSEL.

shall take effect July 1, 1977.

AN ACT concerning
Secretary of State — State Contracts
Mandatory Disclosure
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
FOR the purpose of requiring any business association,
including a sole proprietorship, a partnership, and
|
|
|
|
|
|
a corporation, that is awarded a contract by or
enters into a lease or other agreement with the
State or its agency to disclose certain names to the
Secretary of State; requiring the Secretary of State
to publish in the Maryland Register the lists
received from the State contractors; providing for
the payment of compilation and publication expenses;
and providing for a civil penalty for violation of
the disclosure requirement.
FOR the purpose of requiring certain businesses which
enter contracts, leases or other agreements with the
State or its agencies to make certain disclosures;
and providing a criminal penalty for the violation
of this requirement.
