The grantee and its representatives may after
appropriate notice to the grantors and any person
residing on the property enter the property from time to
time for the purpose only of inspection and enforcement
of the terms of the easement granted herein, and, in its
discretion, and with the consent of the grantor, may
erect a single marker or sign, not exceeding two feet by
two feet, which states the name of the grantee and
advises that the grantee owns the easement granted
herein. Although this easement in gross will benefit the
public in the ways recited above, nothing herein may be
construed to convey a right to the public of access or
use of the property and the grantors, their heirs,
successors and assigns shall retain exclusive right to
such access and use, subject only to the provisions
herein recited. Acceptance by the Maryland Agricultural Land
Preservation Foundation of this conveyance is authorized
by § 2—504 of the Agriculture Article of the Annotated
Code of Maryland and is evidenced by the signature of its
chairman to this deed.] 2-508. (A) FOR PURPOSES OF THIS SUBTITLE, THE FOLLOWING
WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS INDICATED: (1) "TOTAL AMOUNT TO BE ALLOTTED" MEANS THE
AMOUNT, AS CERTIFIED BY THE COMPTROLLER, WHICH REMAINS IN
THE MARYLAND AGRICULTURAL LAND PRESERVATION FUND AT THE
BEGINNING OF THE FISCAL YEAR AFTER PAYMENT OF ALL
EXPENSES OF THE FOUNDATION AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
DURING THE PREVIOUS FISCAL YEAR AS SPECIFIED IN SECTION
2-505(C), SUBPARAGRAPHS 1 AND 2, AND AFTER SUBTRACTION OF
FUNDS COMMUTED FOR PAYMENT AS CONSIDERATION FOR
EASEMENTS PURCHASED DURING PREVIOUS FISCAL YEARS, AND
AFTER SUBTRACTION OF ANY MONEY REMAINING IN THE FUND AS A
RESULT OF A TRANSFER OF A LOCAL PROGRAM OPEN SPACE FUNDS
MADE PURSUANT TO ARTICLE - NATURAL__RESOURCES, SECTION 5-903. (2)    "GENERAL PURCHASES OF EASEMENTS" MEANS
PURCHASES OF AGRICULTURAL LAND PRESERVATION EASEMENTS
UNDER THIS SUBTITLE IN WHICH THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE
COUNTY IN WHICH THE LAND IS LOCATED IS NOT REQUIRED TO
MAKE A CONTRIBUTION TO THE MARYLAND AGRICULTURAL LAND
PRESERVATION FUND. (3)    "MATCHING PURCHASES OF EASEMENTS" MEANS
PURCHASES OF AGRICULTURAL LAND PRESERVATION EASEMENTS
UNDER THIS SUBTITLE IN WHICH THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE
COUNTY IN WHICH THE LAND IS LOCATED IS REQUIRED TO MAKE A
CONTRIBUTION TO THE MARYLAND AGRICULTURAL LAND
PRESERVATION FUND OF AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO AT LEAST 40
