(a) The personal representative shall give written
notice to each creditor who has filed a claim under §
8-104 which is still open and to all interested persons
of a claim, petition, or other request which could
result, directly or indirectly, in the payment of a debt,
commission, fee, or other compensation to or for the
benefit of the personal representative or the attorney
for the estate. The notice shall state the amount
requested, and set forth in reasonable detail the basis
for the request[, and the action taken by the court on
the request]. It shall also state that a request for
hearing may be made within 20 days AFTER THE NOTICE IS
SENT.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

AN ACT concerning
Corrective Bill - County Commissioners
FOR the purpose of correcting technical errors and
clarifying certain language in the laws relating to
county commissioners.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 25 - County Commissioners
Section 3 (a)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1973 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement)
Preamble
WHEREAS, Subsection (a) of § 3 in Article 25
provides that "The county commissioners of each county *
* * except * * * Queen Anne's (except as specifically
provided in subsection (f))". Chapter 502, Acts of 1976,
added a subsection (ii) in § 3, relating to Queen Anne's
County. This subsection should be noted in the exception
which follows the reference to Queen Anne's County in
subsection (a); now, therefore,
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 3(a) of Article 25 - County
Commissioners, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1973
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
