be used for shore erosion control measures and the
balance remaining after such use to be used for
restoration of the exterior of the River House.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Chapter 289 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1974

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 5.2(R)(3)(e) of Chapter 289 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of 1974 be and it is hereby
repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read as
follows;

County):
Shore erosion control measures for property owned by
the Maryland Historical Trust; work to be accomplished by
Department of Natural Resources; THE BALANCE REMAINING

EXTERIOR OF THE RIVER HOUSE BY THE MARYLAND HISTORICAL
