SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections
88(c) through (i) of Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1976 Replacement Volume
and 1976 Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed:
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
88.
[(c) In Washington County the holder of any license
issued under the provisions of this article is permitted
to exercise all of the privileges conferred by that
license on the day of any election in Washington County.
(d) In Baltimore County, the holder of any license
issued under the provisions of this article is permitted
to exercise all of the privileges conferred by that
license on the day of any election in Baltimore County.
(e) In Howard County, the holder of any license
issued under the provisions of this article is permitted
to exercise all the privileges conferred by that license
on the day of any election.
(f) The holder of any license issued under the
provisions of this article is permitted to exercise all
of the privileges conferred by the license on the day of
any election in Anne Arundel and Frederick counties.
(g) In Prince George's County, the holder of any
license issued under the provisions of this article is
permitted to exercise all of the privileges conferred by
that license on the day of any election in Prince
George's County.
(h) In Worcester County, the holder of any license
issued under the provisions of this article is permitted
to exercise all of the privileges conferred by that
license on the day of any election in Worcester County.
(i) In Charles and Montgomery counties the holder
of any license issued under the provisions of this
article is permitted to exercise all of the privileges
conferred by that license on the day of any election in
Charles and Montgomery counties.]
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Section 88 (c) be and it is hereby added to Article 2B —
Alcoholic Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1976 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) to read as
follows:

(C) IN THE ENUMERATED SUBDIVISIONS BELOW, THE
HOLDER OF ANY LICENSE ISSUED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
