(iv) Scenes [wherein] WHERE artificial
devices or inanimate objects are employed to depict, or
drawings are employed to portray, any of the prohibited
activities described above, (4) Permitting any person to remain in or
upon the licensed premises who exposes to public view any
portion of his or her genitals or anus. (b) [No] A provision of this section [shall be
deemed to] DOES NOT permit any conduct or form of attire
prohibited by any other provision of statute, ordinance,
rule or regulation in Anne Arundel County OR HARFORD
COUNTY. 88. (b) The holder of any license issued under the
provisions of this article shall be permitted to exercise
all of the privileges conferred by such a license on the
day of any municipal election in any of the incorporated
towns of Caroline County [or in Harford County]. 126. (e) In Harford County it [shall be lawful] IS
UNLAWFUL for any licensee under this article to employ
any person UNDER [18 years of age or older] THE LEGAL
DRINKING AGE for the [general] purposes of [employment
including] selling or serving alcoholic beverages. 161. (b) In Harford County the county liquor
dispensaries shall be established and maintained in those
locations as may be selected by the liquor control board,
subject to the prior approval of the Board of County
Commissioners for Harford County and in compliance with
applicable zoning regulations. However, at least one
such dispensary shall be maintained within the corporate
limits of Aberdeen, Bel Air, and Havre de Grace[, and
within the first election district]. The building in
which any dispensary in Harford County is located must
have a glass front opening on a public street and must be
so arranged that the interior [thereof] is at all times
subject to the view of persons passing along the street
in front [thereof] OF IT. [No chairs] CHAIRS or tables
[shall] MAY NOT be permitted in front of the counter of
any dispensary and [no] loitering or loafing [shall] MAY
NOT be permitted in or near any dispensary. [No] A
dispensary [shall] MAY NOT be operated nearer than [five
hundred (500) ] 500 feet to any church or [one thousand
(1000)] 1,000 feet to any public or private school. The
dispensaries [shall] MAY not be open on Sundays and on
weekdays shall be open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., or
for a shorter period as the board may determine.
