SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
may not be construed to extend or apply to the salary of
the State's Attorney of Cecil County in office on the
effective date of this Act, but the provisions of this
Act concerning the salary of the State's Attorney of
Cecil County shall take effect at the beginning of the
next following term of office.

Act shall take effect July 1, 1977.

AN ACT concerning
Cecil County - Alcoholic Beverages
(Registration of Out-Of-state Liquor Control Board Agents)
FOR the purpose of penalizing certain persons who violate
certain registration procedures relating to
alcoholic beverages in Cecil County; and generally
relating to registration of out-of-state liquor
control board agents in Cecil County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 192(c) be and it is hereby
added to Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1976 Replacement Volume and
1976 Supplement) to read as follows:

MORE THAN $1,000 OR IMPRISONED FOR NOT MORE THAN TWO
YEARS, OR BOTH.
