Annotated Code of Maryland
(As enacted by Chapter 13 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1977) By repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - Transportation Section 2-309(b)(2) Annotated Code of Maryland (As enacted by Chapter 13 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1977)
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 231Q and Section 256F(b) of
Article 41 - Governor - Executive and Administrative
Departments, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and they are
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows: Article 41 - Governor - Executive and Administrative Departments
231Q.
     (a) Each board may provide for the waiver of the requirements set forth in §231-0 when the public health and safety is endangered following any natural disaster or act of God; when a state of emergency is declared by the Governor; or when a bona fide single source of supply, or proprietary product or process is required.
(b) Each waiver and the reasons [therefore]
THEREFOR shall be: (1) [documented] DOCUMENTED and reported to the Legislative Policy Committee within 30 days; AND (2) DOCUMENTED AND IMMEDIATELY REPORTED TO THE MARYLAND REGISTER FOR PRINTING IN THE NEXT AVAILABLE ISSUE.
256F.
The Register shall include;
(b)
(1) Every document required to be published
in the Code of Maryland Regulations;
