ANY FUNDS PREVIOUSLY OR HEREAFTER APPROPRIATED OR
REIMBURSED TO THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES FROM
THE LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION FUND, UNITED STATES
DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR, SHALL BE USED TO SUPPLEMENT THE
ACQUISITION AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM OF THE DEPARTMENT OF
NATURAL RESOURCES AND OTHER ELIGIBLE STATE AGENCIES AND
LOCAL GOVERNMENT BODIES. THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES SHALL REPORT TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY ALL
RECEIPTS AND DISBURSEMENTS OF THESE FUNDS BEGINNING ON
JULY 1, 1977 AND ON EACH JULY 1 THEREAFTER.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

AN ACT concerning
Consumer Protection - Photographic Film
FOR the purpose of prohibiting the retail sale of all
certain photographic film manufactured after a
certain date unless marked with certain processing
instructions; and generally relating to retail sales
of photographic film.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 14-1108 be and it is hereby
added to Article - Commercial Law, of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1975 Volume and 1976 Supplement) to read as
follows:

14-1108.
A PERSON MAY NOT SELL ANY PHOTOGRAPHIC FILM
MANUFACTURED AFTER JULY 1, 1977, EXCEPT BLACK AND WHITE
FILM, UNLESS THE CARTRIDGE OR ROLL OF FILM IS MARKED WITH
SUFFICIENT PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS SO THAT A COMMERCIAL
PHOTOGRAPHIC PROCESSOR CAN IDENTIFY THE REQUIRED CHEMICAL
