AN ACT concerning

FOR the purpose of changing certain educational
requirements for licensure as an osteopath and
appointment to the Board of Osteopathic Examiners,
the subjects required to be included in certain
licensure examinations, and the amount of certain
fees; redefining the practice of osteopathy;
deleting certain obsolete provisions relating to the
original appointees to the Board and original
licensees; and making style changes.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 469, 476(b), and 477 of Article
43 - Health, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and they are
hereby repealed.
