SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 13-207(e) be and it is hereby
added to Article — Estates and Trusts, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1974 Volume and 1976 Supplement) to read as follows: Article - Estates and Trusts 12-207. (E) THE COURT MAY NOT NAME AN OFFICIAL OR EMPLOYEE OF A LOCAL DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES, THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES, OR THE OFFICE ON AGING AS GUARDIAN OF THE ESTATE.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
