SURVEYOR-IN-TRAINING OR FOR REGISTRATION AS A PROPERTY
LINE SURVEYOR SHALL BE ON A FORM PRESCRIBED AND
FURNISHED BY THE BOARD. THE APPLICATION SHALL CONTAIN
STATEMENTS MADE UNDER OATH SHOWING THE APPLICANT'S
EDUCATION AND A DETAILED SUMMARY OF HIS TECHNICAL
EXPERIENCE AND NOT LESS THAN FIVE REFERENCES, INCLUDING,
UNLESS EXCUSED BY THE BOARD, AT LEAST THREE PROFESSIONAL
LAND SURVEYORS HAVING PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE OF HIS LAND
SURVEYING EXPERIENCE. THE APPLICATION ALSO SHALL CONTAIN
OR BE ACCOMPANIED BY ANY OTHER RELEVANT MATERIAL OR
INFORMATION. THE FOLLOWING SHALL BE CONSIDERED AS
MINIMUM EVIDENCE SATISFACTORY TO THE BOARD THAT THE
APPLICANT IS QUALIFIED FOR REGISTRATION AS A PROFESSIONAL
LAND SURVEYOR, OR FOR CERTIFICATION AS A LAND
SURVEYOR-IN-TRAINING, OR FOR REGISTRATION AS A PROPERTY
LINE SURVEYOR. (B) AS A PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR: (1)    GRADUATION FROM AN ENGINEERING OR LAND
SURVEYING CURRICULUM OF FOUR SCHOLASTIC YEARS OR MORE OR
THEIR EQUIVALENT APPROVED BY THE BOARD; A SPECIFIC RECORD
OF AN ADDITIONAL FOUR YEARS OR MORE OF EXPERIENCE IN
SURVEYING WORK OF A CHARACTER SATISFACTORY TO THE BOARD
AND INDICATING THAT THE APPLICANT MAY BE COMPETENT TO
PRACTICE SURVEYING (IN COUNTING YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, THE
BOARD MAY GIVE CREDIT, NOT IN EXCESS OF ONE YEAR, FOR
SATISFACTORY GRADUATE STUDY IN SURVEYING); AND THE
SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF AN EIGHT-HOUR WRITTEN
EXAMINATION IN THE FUNDAMENTALS OF SURVEYING, AND OF AN
EIGHT-HOUR WRITTEN EXAMINATION IN THE PRINCIPLES AND
PRACTICE OF SURVEYING. IF EVIDENCE PRESENTED IN AND WITH
THE APPLICATION DOES NOT APPEAR TO THE BOARD TO WARRANT
THE ADMISSION TO THE EXAMINATION, THE APPLICANT MAY BE
REQUIRED TO PRESENT FURTHER EVIDENCE FOR THE
CONSIDERATION OF THE BOARD; OR (2)    GRADUATION FROM AN ENGINEERING OR LAND
SURVEYING CURRICULUM OF FOUR SCHOLASTIC YEARS OR MORE OR
THEIR EQUIVALENT OTHER THAN THE OSES APPROVED BY THE
BOARD; A SPECIFIC RECORD OF AN ADDITIONAL SIX YEARS OR
MORE OF EXPERIENCE IN SURVEYING WORK OF A CHARACTER
SATISFACTORY TO THE BOARD AND WHICH INDICATES TO THE
BOARD THAT THE APPLICANT MAY BE COMPETENT TO PRACTICE
LAND SURVEYING; AND THE SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF AN
EIGHT-HOUR WRITTEN EXAMINATION IN THE FUNDAMENTALS OF
SURVEYING DESIGNED TO SHOW KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL EQUIVALENT
TO THAT OBTAINED THROUGH GRADUATION FROM AN APPROVED FOUR
SCHOLASTIC YEAR ENGINEERING CURRICULUM AND OF AN
EIGHT-HOUR WRITTEN EXAMINATION IN THE PRINCIPLES AND
PRACTICE OF LAND SURVEYING. IF THE EVIDENCE PRESENTED IN
AND WITH THE APPLICATION DOES NOT APPEAR TO THE BOARD TO
WARRANT THE ADMISSION TO THE EXAMINATION, THE APPLICANT
MAY BE REQUIRED TO PRESENT FURTHER EVIDENCE FOR THE
CONSIDERATION OF THE BOARD; OR (3)    A SPECIFIC RECORD OF AT LEAST 12 YEARS
OF EXPERIENCE IN LAND SURVEYING OF A CHARACTER
