AN ACT concerning
Program Open Space Department of Natural Resources -
Sale of Buildings
FOR the purpose of granting the Department of General
Services Natural Resources the authority to sell
certain structures acquired under the "Program Open
Space". located on Department lands; requiring
public notice of the sale; specifying the disposal
of the proceeds of the sale; and creating the
Natural Resources Property Maintenance Fund within
the Department to be used for the maintenance,
repair, and management of property owned by the
Department.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 19A (a) of Article 78A - Public
Works, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1975

hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
