SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 8(g-3), 13(g-1), 41(g), 57(k),
60(b), 158(o) of Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1976 Replacement Volume and
1976 Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed and
reenacted, with amendments; and that new Sections
18(n-1), 21(1), 41(1), 148(g) be and they are hereby
added to this Article and Code; and that Sections
18(n-1), 41(1) of this Article and Code be and they are
hereby repealed; and all to read as follows:
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
8.
(g—3) In Wicomico County there is a six day, and a
seven day, Class A (off-sale) beer license.
(1) In Wicomico County the annual license
fee for a six day license shall be $100.00.
(2) The license fee for a seven day license
in Wicomico County shall be $125.00.
(3) IN WICOMICO COUNTY, A PERSON MAY NOT
HOLD A LICENSE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION UPON
ANY PREMISES HAVING ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT CONNECTION
WITH ANY DRUG OR PHARMACEUTICAL, OR OTHER BUSINESS
ESTABLISHMENTS OF A TYPE COMMONLY KNOWN AS OR REFERRED TO
AS DRUG STORE.

(9-1) (1) In Wicomico County there is a six day,
and a seven day, Class A (off-sale) beer and light wine
license.
(2) In Wicomico County the annual license
fee for a six day license is $150.
(3) The license fee for a seven day license
in Wicomico County is $175.
(4) In Wicomico County, "light wine" means
any fermented [beverage] BEVERAGES NOT IN EXCESS of 22
percent of alcohol by volume.
(5) IN WICOMICO COUNTY, A PERSON MAY NOT
