Wicomico County — Liquor Board-Liquor Licenses
FOR the purpose of providing for a Class A (off-sale)
liquor license and imposing certain restrictions and
fees; providing for a Class D (on-sale) liquor
license and imposing certain restrictions and fees;
providing that the Governor shall appoint the board
of license commissioners, a chairman of the board
and certain terms; prohibiting Class A (off-sale)
beer and light wine licenses and a Class A
(off-sale) beer license in drug stores; imposing
certain restrictions and exceptions for certain
classes of license holders; providing that on
applications husbands and wives will be considered
as the same person; providing for posting notice of
an application; providing for an attorney for the
board of license commissioners; providing that the
board of license commissioners shall enforce liquor
licensing laws; providing for a Class C (club)
license and imposing certain restrictions;
renumbering certain sections and clarifying certain
language in the liquor laws that relate to Wicomico
County.
