SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 9-102(d) be and it is hereby
added to Article — Real Property, of the Annotated___Code
of Maryland (1974 Volume and 1976 Supplement) to read as
follows:

9-102.
(D) THE FILING OF A PETITION UNDER__SECTION 9-105
SHALL CONSTITUTE NOTICE TO A PURCHASER OF THE POSSIBILITY
OF A LIEN BEING PERFECTED UNDER THIS SUBTITLE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

revenues of the tax; relating generally to the
Cresaptown Special Taxing District; and providing
for a referendum.
