of the treasury to be credited to the Fisheries Research
and Development Fund.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 9-102(c) of Article - Real
Property, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume
and 1976 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(c) However, a building of the land on which the
building is erected may not be subjected to a lien under
this subtitle, if, prior to the establishment of a lien in

CONVEYING AFTER RECEIPT OF NOTICE OF INTENT TO ESTABLISH
A LIEN, OR THE PETITION TO ESTABLISH A LIEN, SHALL FILE A
BOND WITH THE COURT IN AMOUNT SUFFICIENT TO PROTECT THE
