Acts of 1974, the General Construction Loan of 1974,
to reduce the appropriation for construction of
alterations and additions to Tawes College Center at
Coppin State College and to provide funds for
capital equipment for Tawes College Center; amending
Chapter 886 of the Acts of 1975, the General
Construction Loan of 1975, to delete the
appropriation for acquisition of land and parking
garage in Annapolis and to provide funds for the
construction of the Executive—Archival Building in
Annapolis, and amending Chapter 914 of the Acts of
1976, the General Construction Loan of 1976, to
delete the appropriation for acquisition of Anne
Arundel County facilities and to provide funds for
construction, utilities and site improvements for
the Executive-Archival Building in Annapolis, for
installation of additional heating and cooling
systems in existing Central Services Building in
Annapolis, and for renovation of the State House
roofs and appurtenances; amending Chapter 886 of the
Acts of 1975, the General Construction Loan of 1975,
to reduce the appropriation for design and equipment
for construction of Western Maryland Retardation
Center II and to provide funds for capital equipment
for Western Maryland Retardation Center II and for
capital equipment for Thomas B. Finan Center;
amending Chapter 886 of the Acts of 1975, the
General Construction Loan of 1975, to reduce the
appropriation for construction of an administration
building at Frostburg State College and to provide
funds for capital equipment for an administration
building at Frostburg State College; amending
Chapter 914 of the Acts of 1976, the General
Construction Loan of 1976, to enlarge the
appropriation razing the old power house building at
Victor Cullen School to include razing the school
building and annexes at Victor Cullen School;
amending Chapter 914 of the Acts of 1976, the
General Construction Loan of 1976, to remove from
the appropriation for mine subsidence protection and
stabilization for Frostburg State College the
qualification that the appropriation is contingent
upon and supplemental to Federal funds being made
available to Frostburg State College; amending
Chapter 886 of the Acts of 1975, the General
Construction Loan of 1975, to expand the scope of
the original appropriation to include detailed plans
and specifications, amending Chapter 886 of the Acts
of 1975 to remove contingency language.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That:
(1) The Board of Public Works may borrow money and
incur indebtedness on behalf of th the State of Maryland
through a State loan to be known as the General
Construction Loan of 1977 in the aggregate principal
