CHAPTER 666
(House Bill 1939)
AN ACT concerning
Maryland—National Capital Park and Planning Commission
(Corrective Bill)
MC/PG 63-77
FOR the purpose of amending the laws relating to the
Maryland—National Capital Park and Planning
Commission by inserting amendments contained in
Chapter 603 of the Laws of Maryland of 1972 which
were inadvertently omitted in the 1975 codification
of Article 66D of the Laws of Maryland, which
amendment provides for extending the authority of
the Commission to lease parklands for a certain
term, for the approval of the appropriate county
governments, and for a requirement that such
agreements shall contain provisions for the
reversion without cost of the leased property and
improvements to the Commission at the termination of
the lease and for limitations on the assignability
of such agreements.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 66D — Maryland-National Capital Park and
Planning Commission
