UNDER THE SOLE CONTROL AND SUPERVISION OF THE COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS AND, IN THE MATTER OF SCHEDULING THE SAME,
THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ARE AUTHORIZED TO DEFER THE
AWARDING OF A CONTRACT FOR THE WORK UNTIL ALL OF THE
SHARES ARE COLLECTED BY THEM, AT NO LATER THAN THE
COMPLETION OF THE WORK, THE ROAD SHALL BE ACCEPTED INTO
THE COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

Commissioners" to the term "County Council" in

meetings; and clarifying language.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 43 of the Public Local Laws of
Talbot County being Article 21 of the Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1930 Edition, as amended by Chapter 788 of
the Acts of 1959) be and it is hereby repealed and
reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows;

meeting to which the general public are admitted, without
