FOR the purpose of reducing the alcoholic beverage
license fee for a certain class license in Baltimore

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 21(b-1) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1976
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

[(b-1) In Baltimore City the annual license fee
is $750 $625.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

AN ACT concerning
Montgomery County — Special Tax Districts —
"Friendship Heights" and "The Hills"

FOR the purpose of adding to the functions for which
funds may be expended by the "Friendship Heights
Village Council"; to provide for the adoption of
regulations for certain purposes subject to the
approval of the County Council; to provide for the
enforcement of regulations; and . to authorize
assessments and imposition of liens against property
of persons who do not comply with certain
regulations.
