SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
provisions of this Act are intended to and do nullify the
result of any referendum held in Worcester County in 1974
relating to the subject of Sabbath breaking. The laws
relating to this subject shall apply countywide, except
as Ocean City has otherwise provided.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.
